HOW TO ORDER

1. Send us an EMAIL stating the  order code or product description (and color preference if applicable)
2. Where you live in the world (for postage calculations)
3. We will send you a confirmation of the order;  total, s and company banking details .
4. Once you receive the confirmation and are satisfied, you can deposit the funds as detailed below in TERMS OF PAYMENT.

We keep you updated with your order status by EMAIL so you don't have to wonder when we shipped the products to you. During the past  few years , we have many Satisfied customers from around the world:

TERMS OF PAYMENT -

Payment must be made in full before goods can be shipped.

International orders 

• Bank transfers, or money orders. International orders are sped up by  telegraphic transfers in U.S. \$, Euro or British Pounds.
• No credit cards or check facility yet.
• Kindly pay any bank fees that your bank may impose so that the total on the order is what arrives on our end. (All banks differ in fees if any)
• airline cargo shipping : International orders   that require airline cargo shipping (not  normal air post),  will be charged a 10%  handling fee) due to the time and complexity of exporting the goods.   

S. African  orders :

Terms: cash or money order (no personal checks accepted, unless by special arrangement and clearance) 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Kites packed complete with  bars, insured , work out at roughly +- \$ 50  to USA and +- $95 for board and kite+ bar. We will give you a better idea of actual costs upon  ordering or quoting. Insurance is extra and wil be quoted.

Local delivery in South Africa is done by:

1. REGULAR MAIL   +- R40  for kites

2. Speed service - via post office. R80    for kites  (goods are sent to the nearest post office counter to you. Email us with the nearest post office name and zip code.

Please note. this company is able to pass on reduced prices due to  the fact that it is an internet based business -direct from factory to you, thus cutting out many cost bearing areas.

We try to be able to answer all your questions on the website or by email, saving  you and ourselves time and money. Therefore can you only call us if you cannot get answers via email .

Due to the extreme nature of the sport  and various conditions that nature poses, we cannot guarantee the products once they have been used. We try to keep all materials used in manufacturing to the best quality while also keeping costs down so as to get a good fit between low priced products and the goods to get you kitesurfing.

SFS, are not responsible for postal delays or mishaps once products leave our control. We try to insure that product are well packaged and sent via the best methods .available.  Insurance (if requested) for international parcels via post is only covered in South African waters and not in international waters. 

We  normally send via Post office air or Airline cargo, as they are the most reasonable. If you request your own shipping company,  eg.  DHL. fed x UP S    they may charge  a higher fee-  but get it to you quicker.
